Class Participation
Online Reservations- Book Online to reserve your spot for a demo or fitness class. This will require an online payment. Gym waivers will need to be filled out for demo classes.

Schedule:
Bungee Demo Classes are offered at the following days:
- Sundays at 3:00 p.m.
- Saturdays at 12:15 p.m. (Starting August)

Bungee Fitness Classes are offered at the following days:
- Sundays at 1:30 p.m.
- Mondays at 5:30 p.m. and 6:30 p.m.
- Tuesdays at 5:30 p.m., and 6:30 p.m.
- Wednesdays at 5:30 p.m.
- Thursdays at 11:30 a.m. and 5:30 p.m.
- Saturdays at 9:30 a.m.

Workshops are offered if you have a larger group of friends or co-workers who all want to come together. Studio can fit 8 people at one time. Please email to set up and if you have any other questions.

Kid Workshop classes are offered for parties. Kids who weight at least 50 lbs. and waist of at least 22" will be able to join in on the fun! Just ask for available dates.
